安兔兔回应被GooglePlayStore下架：不是猎豹移动的相关账户

　　YPS行业门户系统3月9日消息安兔兔对于旗下产品被GooglePlayStore下架做出回应，称安兔兔不是猎豹移动的相关账户。

　　此前YPS行业门户系统曾报道《安兔兔基准测试遭GooglePlayStore下架》，其旗下三款基准测试应用受到影响，而这可能是GooglePlayStore大规模打击猎豹移动应用中的一部分。

　　YPS行业门户系统获悉，今天安兔兔官方做出回应：

　　AnTuTuwasfoundedin2011,evenbeforeCheetahMobile,andisoneoftheearliestGooglePlaydevelopers.CheetahMobileinvestedinusinaround2014andbecameoneofourshareholderssincethen.However,westillretainaconsiderableaccountofsharesandIndependentoperationofthecompanyaswellasourownindependentGooglePlayaccount.CheetahMobilehasnevertouchedourGooglePlayaccount,andAnTuTuhasNOTdoneanypromotionofCheetahMobile'ssoftware.

　　WebelievethatthereasonforGoogle'smisjudgmentisthatwepurchasedandusedthelegalservicesfromCheetahMobile,soourprivacypolicylinkusedtheaddressofyuhou.cn.Thisiswhatweareworkingon,includingchanginglegalsupplier.

　　我们在3月7日收到了一封来自谷歌的通知邮件，通知我们安兔兔是猎豹移动的相关发布帐户之一，所有安兔兔应用程序都从GooglePlayStore中删除。但事实上，我们认为有一些误解。安兔兔不是猎豹移动的相关账户！！

　　安兔兔成立于2011年，甚至比猎豹移动还早，是最早的GooglePlay开发商之一。猎豹移动在2014年左右投资了我们，此后成为我们的股东之一。然而，我们仍然保留了大量的股份和公司的独立运营权，以及我们自己独立的GooglePlay账户。猎豹移动从未接触过我们的GooglePlay帐户，安兔兔也没有对猎豹移动的软件进行任何推广。

　　我们认为谷歌误判的原因是我们从猎豹移动购买并使用了法律服务，所以我们的隐私政策链接使用了yuhou.cn的地址。我们正在努力更换合法供应商。

　　关于傅盛担任北京安兔兔科技有限公司董事长/经理一事，是因为投资者的要求。事实上，很多中国公司在投资时都有这样的要求。当股份达到一定比例时，投资者将要求修改政府登记文件。本公司实际由北京安兔兔科技有限公司河南分公司经营。傅盛并未实际参与安兔兔的经营管理。不管怎样，我们已经通知了投资者猎豹移动，要求他们解决所造成的这些问题。

　　目前GooglePlayStore尚未重新上架安兔兔相关应用程序。
